WiikHall Aluminium Structure – 10x24 metres or 10x32 metres in size – is frequently used by the UN system and a number of NGOs.

WiikHall Aluminium Structure is a new product, where we have replaced the steel frames with aluminium frames which give many advantages:

• Lower weight which again will reduce freight cost dramatically especially when airlift is involved
• Quick installation.
• Easy and safe installation
• Each roof cover is only 4metre wide, and is much easier to handle and install especially if it is windy.
• Safe installation, since the workers don't need to climb in the structure.
• Can withstand higher wind loads compared with older steel structure when properly anchored to the ground (33 m/sec)

Many WiikHall Aluminium Structures have already been sent to field operations in Panama, Guatemala, Sudan, Kenya, Indonesia, Lebanon.

Demonstrations of installation have been shown to many organisations, like WFP, Unicef, Merlin, UNHCR and Red Cross.

After having demonstrated and trained people within different organizations, experienced staff members say that a trained team of 6 persons under normal conditions easily can install one WiikHall Aluminium Structure 10x24 metres within 4 hours, which means they now can install 3 buildings at the same time they installed one before.
