The AnsuR ASIGN solution delivers visual information (photos and video) from anywhere in the world. ASIGN operates efficiently over both satellite and  networks, with both a minimum bandwidth consumption, yet an optimal image quality, giving your command centre unprecedented control over quality and cost.

Developed in particular for large and small humanitarian operations, ASIGN is optimal for rapid assessment and situational awareness. The data is geo-referenced and available even from remote locations with difficult communications environments. Being an optimized management system, ASIGN further provides technologies for ensuring the most effective transfer rates, while always keeping the option for full photo quality open.

ASIGN opens up totally new possibilities in situational awareness. The savings in capacity over full size photos are typically in the order of 200 times; measured in speed and cost. Yet all photos — even cropped sections of photos - are available in up to full resolution whenever needed. For video the savings are even larger.

The ASIGN client software connects off-the-shelf devices directly to a dedicated ASIGN server through all IP communications networks, such as Inmarsat BGAN or 3G.

The field operator (photographer/observer) simply presses the camera button. The software then transfers optimized medium to lower resolution data to the headquarters where seconds later the photos are visible in a normal web browser; plotted in a relevant map, with time, location and other relevant sensory data preserved.

ASIGN support several camera solutions; ranging from smart-phones, compact cameras or professional DSLRs.

The system can also incorporate small micro-drones (UAVs) which gives you new and unprecedented reach and manageability..

ASIGN is already used for emergency managements, damage assessments,  security, journalism, interactive inspection, QA, and much more. It has a proven track record from uses in UN-operations, EU Civil Protection, environmental emergency management, earthquake disaster management, telemedicine, security etc.

Our AnsuR ASIGN solution is easy to try out, and the client software can be downloaded from our servers, whereupon licenses can be purchased on demand. Dedicated and secured solutions can also be set up.
