The users

NOREPS offers goods and services to all emergency relief operators. It is designed primarily for the United Nations system, the Red Cross and major international NGOs. Several other national and international organisations and institutions also make use of NOREPS’s goods and services.

NOREPS supplies are to a large extent procured directly by UN organisations, the Red Cross and NGOs. A smaller proportion of supplies comes from donations in kind by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
