The objectives

NOREPS aims to strengthen relief agencies’ operational capacities and to enhance the efficiency of international emergency relief efforts, in order to help as many victims as possible.

NOREPS seeks to meet the urgent, basic needs of the victims of humanitarian crises and, by supporting relief agencies in the field, to build a solid foundation for dealing with crises in both the short and long term.
